Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri to support commercial and industrial clients within the Environmental Services division.

You will maintain account records, perform high-volume data entry, track customer information, and process inquiries and service requests promptly. The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work with operations, sales, and field staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to five years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel; strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, web, or in-person.
• Handle calls and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Track customer data, enter information into system databases, and maintain files.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and field staff to resolve service issues.
• Process payments, web requests, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Perform administrative tasks including credit checks, contract scanning, and account setups/cancellations.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to policies.
