Culligan of Greater Kansas City seeks a highly motivated Commercial and Industrial Sales Representative to grow the customer base and manage relationships with engineers, contractors, and business owners. The role includes analyzing client needs, bidding on projects, and driving water solutions for commercial customers.

The position requires traveling to customer locations, strong communication, and a track record in industrial sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience in an industrial or B2B setting and B2B cold-calling experience is required.
• Must be able to travel to customer locations regularly.
• Familiarity with water treatment is preferred but not required.
• Self-starter with initiative, consultative selling skills, and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
