Requires a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, AZ licensure with CCC‑SLP, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA‑accredited program.
• Current AZ License to Practice Speech Language Pathology with CCC‑SLP.
• BLS certification prior to starting employment.
• Clinical Fellow with a temporary AZ license eligible for employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and treat speech, language, cognitive‑communication, voice and swallowing disorders for patients of all ages.
• Develop and update care plans with measurable goals and discharge planning in collaboration with families and physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with billing as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with ASHA requirements when supervising clinical fellows.
