Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Speech Pathologist to identify, evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders across patients of all ages. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to develop and update plans of care that restore function and optimize communication.

The role requires ASHA Certification, current AZ license to practice, and BLS. PRN, day shift across multiple HonorHealth centers, including inpatient acute care settings,

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-approved program.
• ASHA Certification and active AZ License to Practice Speech-Language Pathology required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing disorders across all ages.
• Develop and update plans of care with patient and family to maximize function.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
