Job summary

Eating Recovery Center is hiring a Program Coordinator I-III to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide patient supervision, meal support, and therapeutic program implementation across ERC Pathlight sites.

The role requires a flexible schedule, weekend/holiday availability, and accurate EHR documentation as part of clinical care. A Bachelor’s in behavioral health or related field is preferred, with at least one year of direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct patient care experience
• Be willing to work at multiple ERC Pathlight local sites
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
• Document accurately in EHR for group facilitation and meals

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and daily program structure.
• Provide supervision and support to patients during meals and snacks.
• Assist with mealtime support and dietary needs across locations.
• Complete documentation of patient observations, meals, and events.
• Transport patients to medical appointments as needed.
