Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will support mealtime care, safety rounds, and program documentation, while coordinating with clinical teams across sites.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, patient transport, and meal support, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and on-call shifts. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in behavioral health or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required; ServSafe may be required depending on state regulations.
• Minimum of one year direct patient care experience; valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Provide mealtime support and supervision for patients.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for group facilitation and care events.
• Support transportation and accompany patients for medical appointments as needed.
• Work across ERC Pathlight locations and operate on weekends/holidays when required.
