Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise and support patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You will help maintain structure, assist with meals, and document care in the EHR, while ensuring safety and therapeutic programming.

The role requires at least one year of direct patient care, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Minimum of one year direct patient care experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required at locations using company vehicles.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide milieu management and structure per program schedule.
• Assist with meals and dietary support during meals and snacks.
• Complete documentation in EHR and ensure compliance with standards.
• Transport patients to medical appointments and support transportation needs.
• Be available for weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
