ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will help provide supervision, mealtime support, and program documentation across multiple locations and virtual programming.

The role requires caregiving, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include milieu management, meal support, and documentation in the electronic health record, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Minimum of six months of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state licensing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Milieu Management and maintenance of daily program structure.
• Provide mealtime support and supervisory care for patients.
• Assist with group facilitation and documentation in EHR.
• Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments.
