Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role includes supervision, meal support, and adherence to treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has a year of direct patient care experience and a Bachelor’s in behavioral health. ServSafe may be required, and a valid driver’s license may be needed depending on location.

Qualifications

• One year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on location/licensing.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record if location requires vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Deliver mealtime support and dietary assistance.
• Maintain daily program structure and hygiene/safety checks.
• Document observations, meals, and events in the EHR.
• Support group activities and patient transportation as needed.
