Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Service Technician to install and service injection molding equipment at customer sites, while providing training and support as needed.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and software components, with travel to customer locations and collaboration with the service team. A HS diploma or higher is expected, plus relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting or processing.
• Experience as a Field Service Technician/Engineer.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites and perform installations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots; conducts tests and inspections.
• Performs safety checks and educates customers on operation.
• Manages parts orders and coordinates installations as needed.
• Documents field activity and communicates with the Service Manager.
• Trains customers and other technicians on equipment use.
