Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a skilled Service Technician to install and service injection molding systems at customer sites across North America. You will deliver hands-on maintenance, perform tests, and train customers on operation and safety practices.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of field service experience with injection molding equipment, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and excellent communication to ensure exceptional customer support. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 5 years in Injection Molding troubleshooting.
• Experience with injection molding machines; field service preferred.
• Passport and valid driver's license with REAL ID.
• Ability to train customers and colleagues.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and robots.
• Install software/hardware and perform safety checks.
• Educate customers on equipment operation.
• Order parts and assist with field service activities.
• Provide written service reports to the Service Manager.
• Train other technicians and customer operators.
