Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Service Technician to perform remote-site installations and servicing of injection molding equipment, while delivering customer training and support as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting, strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and software knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers. A high school diploma is required, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting or field service.
• Experience with injection molding machines and robotics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and robots.
• Perform safety checks and routine maintenance.
• Educate customers on equipment operation.
• Provide regular written service reports.
• Coordinate with central service and parts centers.
