Job summary

ENGEL North America is seeking a Service Technician for our Service Department. The role involves installing and servicing injection molding equipment at customer sites, and providing training and ongoing support to customers.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, work independently in the field, and travel to customer locations as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits, company vehicle program, per diem, and generous retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment and controls.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical subsystems.
• Ability to train customers and operate in a field-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots at customer sites.
• Performs safety checks and conducts system calibrations.
• Educates customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Orders parts and coordinates on-site replacements as needed.
