ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Service Technician to install and service injection molding equipment at customer sites, providing training and support as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting, strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, and the ability to work independently with minimal back office support. Travel and a robust benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in injection molding troubleshooting or processing
• Experience as Field Service Injection Molding Technician/Engineer preferred
• Knowledge of blueprints, schematics and control systems

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots and repairs injection molding machines and robots at customer sites
• Performs safety checks on equipment and trains customers
• Manages resolution of customer issues and parts replacement
• Orders parts and diagnoses problems with control systems
• Instructs others on maintenance and safe operation of systems
• Keeps written reports and communications with Service/Manufacturing/Parts Center
