Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a specialist to manage intake, billing, and collections, acting as the company voice to franchise partners, payers, and patients. You will supervise referrals, benefits verification, authorizations, and claims processing with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications include 2-3 years in infusion settings, 3+ years supervisory experience, and proficiency with CareTend and RCM Portal, plus payer-compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of infusion experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems including CareTend and RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of referrals, benefits verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Manage Reimbursement Specialist schedules to meet KPIs and reallocate resources.
• Serve as escalation agent for franchise partners or patients.
• Implement and maintain procedures covering quality, compliance, and performance expectations.
• Monitor results to ensure quality and productivity, identifying improvements.
• Collaborate with Payor/Benefit programs to resolve missing claims reports.
• Establish customer service standards and mentor staff in service and collections.
• Balance workload and schedules to meet demand and service standards.
• Audit transactions for accuracy and escalate issues per policy.
• Interview, train, and develop department associates; provide coaching.
