Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. You will lead referral intake, prior authorizations, billing, and collections while ensuring top-tier customer service for franchise partners, payers, and patients.

A strong focus on regulatory compliance underpins all revenue cycle policies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in management, and 3-5 years in home infusion therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in referrals, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Allocate resources to meet KPIs and monitor workload distribution.
• Coach Supervisors and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across revenue cycle.
• Escalate and resolve payer or patient complaints as needed.
• Create, implement, and maintain SOPs for revenue cycle functions.
• Foster an environment of customer service through training and mentoring.
• Interview and hire staff to build an effective team.
