Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a senior leader to manage reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units, focusing on referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections. You will build a high-performing team delivering timely reimbursement from payers while ensuring regulatory compliance across revenue cycle workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in home infusion, and 5 years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections depending on area of responsibility. Up to 60 people.
• Manage resource allocations to meet KPIs and track workload distribution.
• Maintain focus on meeting and exceeding financial and department metrics.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching and mentoring with Supervisors and perform annual reviews.
• Monitor payroll accuracy to ensure proper processing.
• Serve as escalation point for supervisors to resolve complaints from franchise partners or patients.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures across responsibilities.
• Foster an environment of customer service through training and staff mentoring.
• Audit transactions for accuracy and policy compliance to identify training needs.
• Interview and select staff to meet business requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
