Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a senior reimbursement operations leader to oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. You will build and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring payer communication and patient service excellence.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance as the foundation of revenue cycle processes and requires strong leadership of up to 60 staff, with a focus on meeting KPIs and financial targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and mentorship to Supervisors, including annual performance reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to revenue cycle policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing to meet financial and department targets.
• Escalate and resolve issues from franchise partners or patients as needed.
