Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Senior Reimbursement Supervisor to lead a team responsible for intake, billing, and collections for specialist positions across our infusion network. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service as the primary company voice with franchise partners, payers, and patients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of CareTend/RCM Portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of infusion setting experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems including CareTend and the RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in processing referrals, benefits verification, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Manage schedules to meet KPIs and reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as escalation for franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Implement operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor results for quality and productivity; identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Payor/Benefit programs to resolve missing claims.
• Provide training and coaching to improve patient insurance billing skills.
• Audit transactions and handle resubmissions for rejections.
• Interview, select, and mentor department associates; set performance metrics.
