Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a results-driven supervisor to manage a Reimbursement team, handling referrals, insurance benefits, prior authorizations, billing and collections. You will lead performance, train staff, and ensure high-quality customer service for franchise partners and patients.

With a focus on efficiency and payer coordination, you will drive KPI attainment, balance workload, and implement compliant operating procedures across the reimbursement function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; preferred.
• 2–3 years of infusion setting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems such as CareTend and RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in processing referrals, insurance verifications, authorizations, billing and collections.
• Manage schedules and reallocate resources to meet KPIs.
• Escalation point for franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Implement procedures covering quality, compliance and performance expectations.
• Monitor results for quality and productivity; identify improvements.
• Collaborate with payor/benefit programs to resolve missing claims.
