Vivo Infusion in Aurora, CO is seeking a motivated Clinical Service Specialist to join our infusion team. This role focuses on scheduling, authorizations, and benefits verification, supporting clinicians and patient care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have healthcare admin experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. The position is full-time, on-site in Aurora, with a competitive benefits package and a 5% annual bonus target.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience preferred.
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Active CPR/BLS prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations in the infusion center, including calls, greetings, payments, deliveries, and mail.
• Reviews cancellations and reschedules treatments; reminds patients of appointments.
• Receives invoices, verifies accuracy, and routes for payment processing.
• Schedules follow-up infusions with Care Navigator to coordinate care.
• Obtains and files medical records with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintains information systems, records, and reports for Clinic Manager.
• Assists inventory management with Clinical Operations Manager.
• Fosters positive relationships with staff, providers, and external partners.
• May travel to other local Vivo clinics for administrative support.
