Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a detailed Clinical Service Specialist in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on front-end operations, scheduling patient visits, verifying insurance benefits, and obtaining required authorizations to support the infusion team.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and billing systems. This is a full-time, on-site position located at 1635 Old Philadelphia Pike, with travel to other clinics

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Medical terminology knowledge required.
• Active CPR/BLS certification prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations of the infusion center: answer calls, greet patients, process payments, and oversee mail and deliveries.
• Review patient cancellations, reschedule treatments, and communicate changes to nursing staff and Clinical Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with the Patient Care Navigator team to schedule follow-up infusions and assist with referrals and records.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and documents and generate reports as requested.
