Vivo Infusion in Novi, MI is seeking a motivated Clinical Service Specialist to join our infusion team. This role focuses on scheduling, authorizations, benefits verification, and front-end operations to support clinicians and patients in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage patient schedules, verify benefits, secure authorizations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with the operations team. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Office experience (preferred).
• 1 year working with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing (preferred).
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• CPR/BLS before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations of the infusion center (phones, greet patients, payments, deliveries).
• Review and reschedule patient cancellations to follow treatment plans.
• Process invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Schedule patients for follow-up treatments with care navigator team.
• Coordinate with referring providers to obtain and file medical records (HIPAA compliant).
• Maintain information systems, generate reports, and manage inventory with Clinic Manager.
