Qualifications

• 1 year working with insurance authorizations and benefits verifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages front-end operations of the infusion center and greets patients.
• Schedules patients, handles reminders, and reschedules when needed.
• Verifies insurance benefits and secures authorizations for treatments.
• Coordinates with Clinic Manager and Nursing staff; maintains billing workflows.
• Supports clinical staff and ensures regulatory compliance.
