Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise security program, governance, and risk management. This role partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, and senior leaders to advance security maturity and protect critical systems and data.

Responsibilities include overseeing security operations, incident response, and third-party risk, while driving policy, resilience, and a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information security with leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading security teams or programs.
• Hands-on experience with security operations.
• Experience remediating SOX/ITGC deficiencies.
• Experience with AI governance and policy updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy, governance, and program metrics.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and risk management.
• Develop and report meaningful security metrics and KRIs.
• Manage MSSPs and vendor security partnerships effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and related frameworks.
• Champion security awareness and AI governance across the enterprise.
