Help at Home is seeking a seasoned Head of Information Security to lead the company’s enterprise security program, overseeing governance, risk management, security operations, and compliance initiatives. The role partners with IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and executives to elevate security posture.

The position requires 12+ years in information security, including leadership, with hands-on incident response and vendor management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience required.
• 12+ years of experience in information security, including leadership of security teams or programs.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmap, translating direction into operating plans with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, risk management, security operations, and program metrics.
• Monitor threats, legislation, and industry developments; assess risk exposure and drive timely mitigation.
• Hire, lead, and develop the security team and manage MSSP/vendor relationships.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOX) and frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS Controls).
• Lead incident response, BCP/DR planning, and business continuity efforts.
• Communicate risk to executives and boards; build relationships with regulators and external partners.
