Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity program, align with executives, and drive risk management and regulatory compliance. This role partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Finance to protect systems and data.

The candidate will oversee security operations, incident response, vendor management, and policy governance while fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field required.
• 12+ years of information security experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with security operations, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Experience remediating SOX/ITGC controls and managing external audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee governance, risk management, security operations, and program metrics.
• Manage security vendors and third‑party relationships.
• Ensure IAM, cloud security, application security, and data protection programs.
• Embed security into the software development lifecycle and vendor processes.
• Drive enterprise AI governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
