Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to provide architecture and design guidance, use case development and solution implementation advice for customers, working closely with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams.

You will develop use cases, deliver technical presentations and publish blueprints and whitepapers while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with one or more Informatica products in enterprise data management.
Experience with Informatica IDMC platform.
Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
Serve as a technical coach to colleagues in the customer success team.
Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
Compose and publish external facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts and articles for technical/industry publications.
