Salesforce seeks a Success Architect to provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice for customers while partnering with our Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams. You must navigate a fast-paced environment, communicate with both technical and business audiences, and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years with Informatica MDM products and related platforms in enterprise settings.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC and multi-domain MDM implementations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data architectures and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Pre-sales or post-sales consulting experience in enterprise software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design guidance, use case development and implementation advice for customers.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product/Engineering and Customer Success teams for outcomes.
• Act as a technical coach to colleagues and communicate with technical and business audiences.
• Prepare differentiated technical proposals and contribute to post-sales engagements.
