Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to deliver architecture and design guidance, use case development and implementation advice for Salesforce customers. You will work with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep Informatica MDM expertise, cloud/on-premise deployment knowledge and a track record of guiding customers through post-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey including Informatica Multi-domain Master Data Management and related offerings.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM would be preferable.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations
• Experience with AWS or Azure or GCP Cloud Ecosystem would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design guidance, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product and Engineering teams for seamless engagements.
• Serve as a technical coach to the customer success team and co-workers.
• Publish external technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, blueprints and articles.
