Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to provide architecture and design, use case development, and solution implementation guidance for customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Product/Engineering teams to design solutions and ensure successful post‑sales engagements.

The role emphasizes technical coaching, working in a fast-paced environment, and aligning product capabilities with customer needs.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey including MDM offerings.
Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM preferred.
Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
Serve as a technical coach to colleagues in the customer success team.
Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
Compose and publish external facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts and articles for technical publications.
