Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Success Architect to guide customers through architecture, design and implementation of Informatica-based solutions. You will partner with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams to deliver post‑sales engagements, drive adoption and ensure customer success.

The role requires deep Informatica MDM knowledge, IDMC experience and strong cloud/database capabilities across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journeys (MDM, C360, etc).
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams.
• Serve as counselor and technical coach to customers and colleagues during post-sales engagements.
• Deliver differentiated technical proposals and publish technical artifacts.
