Salesforce seeks a Senior Success Architect to provide architecture and design guidance, use case development, and solution implementation advice for customers, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product / Engineering teams. Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Informatica products in data management and MDM.
IDMC platform and MDM experience preferred.
Expert-level knowledge of Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.
Experience in a pre-sales or post-sales consulting role for enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
Serve as a technical coach to colleagues in the customer success team.
Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
Publish whitepapers, architectural blueprints, and case studies for technical audiences.
