Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect to guide architecture, use-case development, and solution implementation for customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, and Product/Engineering to design outcomes that align with customer needs.

The role requires deep Informatica MDM experience, cloud data integration skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in Business 360 journey (MDM, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce).
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM preferred.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design guidance for customer solutions.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams.
• Deliver differentiated technical proposals and whitepapers; act as a technical coach.
