Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Success Architect to guide customers on architecture, design, and implementation of Informatica MDM and related data management solutions. You will partner with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering to deliver value in post-sales engagements.

You’ll act as a technical coach, crafting use cases, solving complex data challenges, and ensuring successful adoption of cloud-based data management across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in a customer-facing role including MDM and data management
• Expert level knowledge of Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations
• Experience with deployment of cloud and on-premise solutions (Data Warehousing, Data Integration) and architecture design

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design guidance for customer deployments
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align product capabilities to customer needs
• Serve as a technical coach to customer success colleagues and post-sales teams
• Prepare differentiated technical proposals and publish technical artifacts
