You will identify promising opportunities, win projects, and grow key client accounts by leading business development, cultivating high-value relationships, and collaborating with our technology group to apply cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with the technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability.
