Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to develop advanced chemical water treatment solutions for diverse industries. You will act as a technical advisor, building deep customer relationships while delivering value through innovative programs that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist or 8+ years in water treatment field
• Chemical water & process treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales with success in account management
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports interpreting customer data and results
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities
• Work safely following EHS policies
