Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across industries, developing advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions while driving energy and water sustainability and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), or 8+ years of direct field experience.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationship building.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem Applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance customer operations.
• Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water & energy sustainability and improve asset protection.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities for consistent year-over-year growth.
• Work safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures.
