Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth with electric utilities across the U.S. This role leads business development, client engagement, and strategic marketing for major utility clients, identifying opportunities and expanding key accounts.

As part of the Industrial team, you will develop high-value relationships, collaborate with senior managers and technical specialists, and drive efforts to win projects while delivering high-quality results for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management and strategic marketing for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects.
• Collaborate with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
