The successful candidate will lead business development, manage client service, and build strategic relationships while collaborating with our engineering and technology teams to deliver world-class projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency depends on duties.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies to grow the company's growth and profitability.
