Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations. You will work with business partners to understand needs and present Snap-on solutions on the shop floor or in the field.

The role focuses on building relationships, managing accounts, and achieving sales objectives, with compensation including base, commissions and bonuses; opportunities span across a national territory in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver license with an impeccable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand business partner needs and develop Snap-on solutions for the situation.
• Maintain an established customer base and pursue new opportunities within the territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a customer activity database for assigned accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with leadership to maximize sales and territory growth.
