Job summary

Snap-on is seeking a Sales Representative to drive direct sales to industrial corporations. You will understand customer needs, present Snap-on solutions on site or in the field, and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers while maintaining a comprehensive activity database. A 3–5 year outside sales background and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customer base.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred; strong communication skills and organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand needs and tailor Snap-on solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for accounts.
• Review customer activities quarterly with leadership and strategize growth.
