Snap-on Industrial is seeking an Account Manager - Developmental Sales Representative to serve Traverse City, MI and nearby areas. You will engage with industrial partners, listening to their requirements and tailoring Snap-on solutions from our broad product line to fit their needs.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with total annual compensation typically ranging from $65,000 to $100,000, plus quarterly/annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop tailored Snap-on solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for accounts.
• Review activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager to maximize sales.
