Snap-on Inc. seeks an Account Manager - Developmental Sales Representative to drive direct sales to industrial corporations in Michigan.

You will engage with partner companies, understand their needs, and propose Snap-on solutions that meet production and efficiency goals. Responsibilities include building key relationships, presenting shop-floor solutions, maintaining contact databases, and quarterly reviews with leadership to maximize territory sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activities quarterly and strategize ways to maximize sales or grow territory.
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions with the Snap-on product range.
