Job summary

Flow Control Group seeks a motivated Technical Salesperson to grow our pump and seal business in North America. You will build the existing customer book, pursue new opportunities, and provide technical solutions that move, measure and contain liquids.

You’ll present product solutions, quote opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

2+ years of pump sales experience in industrial or marine sectors.
Proven experience as a technical salesperson in the assigned territory.
Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Excel.
Bachelor's degree preferred, technically oriented if possible.

Responsibilities

Continue existing business relationships and plan a growth strategy.
Develop your existing book of business from this market segment.
Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing customer relationships.
Provide technical solutions with products that move, measure, and contain liquids.
Prepare and present presentations on products and services.
Report as required in MS Outlook.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and lunch and learns.
Direct quoting responsibilities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Provide customer follow-up in a timely and proper manner.
