Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a sales-minded engineer to develop and maintain relationships with power generation customers in the Southeast. The role involves providing technical consultation on pump applications, preparing proposals, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to craft customer solutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, experience in industrial sales of pumps and related equipment, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, rotating equipment, pumps, valves, or power generation.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with power generation customers.
• Provide technical consultation on pump applications.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and bid responses.
• Work with engineering and operations teams to develop customer solutions.
• Conduct site visits and assess equipment performance.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Manage sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
• Attend industry conferences and customer meetings.
