Flow Control Group in Florida seeks an experienced industrial pump technician to inspect, repair, and rebuild pumps and rotating equipment at our Florida facility. You will diagnose mechanical issues, read drawings, and follow precise procedures to ensure reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical experience in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, pump, or rotating-equipment environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and work around heavy industrial equipment; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial pumps and rotating equipment.
• Read drawings and manuals to guide repairs.
• Perform bearing, seal, and shaft replacements.
• Use precision tools to measure components and ensure tolerances.
• Operate shop equipment including cranes, grinders, and presses.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document work orders.
• Assist with field service or emergency repairs when needed.
