Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Technical Specialist to lead outside sales and drive territory growth in the Midwest market. You will manage customer contact, negotiate contracts, and present products to drive sales and margins.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will travel to nearby locations, maintain productive client relationships, and meet or exceed sales objectives while providing excellent service and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or technical degree, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and support the assigned sales territory across multiple states.
• Generate profitable orders and meet annual sales targets.
• Prospect for new customers and close deals with effective contract/pricing negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and customers.
• Analyze field activities and drive productivity and efficiency.
