Job summary

DuraServ Corp is seeking an aggressive Outside Sales Representative to own and develop a personal territory in Jamesburg, NJ. This role rewards persistence, problem solving, and a hunter mentality with uncapped commissions and a strong support team.

You will prospect, build relationships with facility managers and general contractors, and close deals from initial contact to final contract. On-site in Jamesburg with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with outside sales, industrial services, construction, or equipment leasing.
• Proven territory management experience — ability to develop a cold territory into a profitable book.
• CRM proficiency to manage lead pipelines and technical data using modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive Territory Prospecting: daily boots on the ground calling and site visits to identify opportunities.
• Solution-Based Consulting: diagnose equipment needs and provide custom-engineered dock/door solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with service techs to turn leads into service contracts and upgrades.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain a pipeline with facility managers, owners, and contractors.
• Proposal & Quote Management: use CRM to create precise proposals meeting job specs and safety rules.
• Market Influence: market brand in industrial sector via social networking, drop-ins, and presentations.
• Sales Cycle Ownership: manage from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
• Responsive Problem Solving: be primary contact for clients during disruptions with fast, proactive solutions.
