Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) is seeking an experienced Industrial MRO Sales Product Specialist to grow MRO opportunities within bakery, meat processing, and produce manufacturing accounts across the Southeast region. The role requires a highly consultative approach, managing maintenance, operations, engineering and procurement stakeholders, and uncovering cost savings through value-based solutions.

Expect significant travel within the region with some international travel, and a strong

Competenze

• 5+ years of industrial sales or MRO sales experience.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, processing, warehousing, or industrial environments.
• Proven success in business development and growing existing accounts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with IBM I-Series/AS400 is highly desired.

Mansioni

• Drive growth within existing manufacturing and processing accounts.
• Identify and develop new MRO business opportunities.
• Conduct facility assessments to uncover cost savings and process improvements.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand customer penetration and wallet share.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Develop and implement pricing and product conversion strategies.
• Present value-based solutions that improve productivity and procurement efficiency.
• Maintain an active pipeline and manage opportunities independently.
